Kiran Kaur Kaberwal is a registered nurse by training and has worked in value-based care for over 10 years and is committed to guiding patients through complex healthcare systems with compassion and clarity. She collaborates with medical groups, providers and families to promote safe, effective and individualized care.
Kiran most recently collaborated onsite to help assist with chronically ill and complex members to help reduce readmissions and their length of stays. She specializes and is passionate about interdisciplinary collaboration and patient advocacy to improve outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Kiran received her nursing degree with Honors at Samuel Merritt University and her Bachelor’s Degree at UC Berkeley.
She is a California native who loves to be involved with community organizations, serving as a volunteer with Sikh Family Center and as a camp counselor at Saanjh for several years. Her passions include spending time with family and friends, finding new hiking trails and reading books. She is also a proud mother of a curious 10-month old who keeps her busy in her free time.
