Tanvi Kaur Chadha is an operations leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience supporting and building multi-site organizations across financial services, distribution, and retail. Her work blends entrepreneurial leadership with operational focus, centering on payroll and accounting operations, compliance, and process improvement—bringing structure, precision, and people-focused leadership to complex environments.
A lifelong advocate for women’s empowerment and domestic abuse prevention, Tanvi remains actively engaged with chambers and associations within her community. Drawing on both lived experience and professional leadership, her advocacy centers on breaking stigma, creating safe spaces, and expanding equitable access to support for survivors—particularly within underserved and South Asian communities.
Tanvi believes that what happens inside a home is deeply connected to the health of communities as a whole. She holds that openness and speaking up about all forms of abuse and injustice are essential to awakening communities to the real dangers of domestic violence, supporting those affected, and preventing violence before it escalates.
