Deepak Ahluwalia
Deepak is the founder of Singh Ahluwalia Immigration Law Firm, a boutique immigration law firm that focuses on removal defense, asylum, naturalization, family-based immigration, waivers and consular processing. He has extensive experience working on removal and deportation cases and has litigated numerous cases before the Immigration Courts where remedies such as asylum, cancellation of removal, immigration bonds and waivers are frequently sought.
Deepak is also the lead attorney and manager of the employment-based immigration division of Patel Gaines, LLC, where he consults with corporations and clients on all matters related to corporate and employment immigration, including I-9 audits.
Deepak is an Advocate for the Sikh Coalition, the nation’s largest Sikh civil rights organization, working on matters such as racial and religious profiling and workplace discrimination. Deepak also provides pro bono services to the Sikh Coalition, as it relates to immigration matters. He is fluent in English and Punjabi.
