What our volunteers say about us

“SFC is a necessity for the Sikh Panth because I would like each and every child, adult and elder to be empowered to use their mental and physical potential to serve themselves, their families, community and the world around them.”

“The Sikh Family Center’s Helpline is the only one of its kind. Otherwise, folks would be on their own in a crisis, to figure out the systems. Thankfully that’s not the case now.”

“ I want to give back to the community in a way that is inclusive, feminist and just. SFC provides desperately needed services and I want to be a part of that progress.”
