Suman Kaur

Mental Wellness Fellow

Suman is currently a psychology doctoral student. She was born and raised in Northern California in the surrounding areas of Sacramento and is currently located in the Portland, Oregon area for graduate school! She found herself in the field of psychology with the main goal to serve our community and aid in the healing that comes from exploring one’s mental health and wellbeing in culturally sensitive ways. Suman loves to be surrounded by her family and friends including her family dog and two cats. When she is not busy with all things grad school, she enjoys watching inclusive media content, reading life narratives, and working on her mindful presence.
